## Why do small stores pick Chirpoo?

Because the price is on the page and the Shopify messages are in it. Chirpoo Commerce is ₹1,499 a month, excluding 18% GST. It includes order confirmed, shipped with tracking, cart reminders, review requests, COD confirmation with Yes and No buttons, and a store chat button.

QuickReply.ai splits its features across three plans. According to its plan cards, order alerts and cart abandonment come in Starter, collecting feedback and WhatsApp bots come in Standard, and two-way CRM sync and custom chatbot setups come in Plus. Chirpoo answers the same question with a flat statement. You pay Meta directly and Chirpoo adds nothing per message. Chirpoo's AI agent and flows cover the cases a small team really runs, and each has a test run and shadow mode before it talks to customers.

## What does QuickReply.ai charge in total?

The plan prices are not published on its pricing page, so a full monthly total cannot be built from sourced numbers. What can be built is the part the page does show: logins.

QuickReply.ai includes 1 agent on Starter, 2 on Standard and 5 on Plus. Extra agents are ₹500 a month on every plan.

- A team of 5 on Standard needs 3 extra agents: 3 × ₹500 = ₹1,500 a month, on top of the Standard plan price, which is not published.

With Chirpoo, a team of 5 is inside the ₹1,499 Commerce price. A sixth login is ₹250 a month, which makes ₹1,749, excluding 18% GST. QuickReply.ai's footnotes also say "Messaging charges extra", and its page links a rate card without stating a markup, so ask the vendor for a written total before you commit.

## How do you move from QuickReply.ai to Chirpoo?

1. **Start the Chirpoo trial.** Email-code sign-in, 14 days, every feature, no card.
2. **Ask QuickReply.ai for your contacts and tags.** Its pricing page does not describe an export.
3. **Bring contacts into Chirpoo.** Contacts arrive from Shopify sync and inbound chats, or add them through the Chirpoo API; consent comes from Shopify's WhatsApp consent or the customer's own START.
