## How it works

1. Join the waitlist. We message you on WhatsApp when your workspace is ready.
2. Connect your own WhatsApp number through WhaBuzz, or we help you get one.
3. Your team replies from one inbox.

- Shared inbox with the 24-hour reply window shown on every chat
- Leads with stages, tags, owners and notes
- Click-to-WhatsApp ad attribution: ad id, headline and link saved on the lead
- Message templates, including image, video and document headers
- No-code automations with a dry run and shadow mode
- Broadcasts of an approved template to leads picked by tag, paced, with opt-outs honoured (STOP keywords, Meta's opt-out signal, or by hand)
- Web push notifications on any phone
- Team roles
- More than one WhatsApp number in one workspace
- Reports: response times, per-agent performance, funnel, Google Sheets export
- Daily backups, uptime monitoring and support

## Pricing (excludes GST)

- ₹1,499 per month, including one WhatsApp number and 5 team logins

- Meta's WhatsApp charges: passed through at Meta's rate, nothing added

Chirpoo runs the open-source WhaLeads (https://github.com/WhaBuzz/whaleads) on the WhaBuzz gateway (https://whabuzz.com). You can host WhaLeads yourself on your own Cloudflare account for free under Apache-2.0. Running WhatsApp for many clients? Use WhaBuzz directly.
