Can you write the offer template?

Can I test a flow before it talks?

Can I use the WhatsApp number I already have?
Usually, yes: you connect your own number through WhaBuzz. If it can't move, or you would rather keep it separate, we help you get a new one.
Why not just use the WhatsApp Business app?
The app is built for one person on one phone. Chirpoo uses WhatsApp's official API, so your whole team works one inbox with leads, templates and automations.
What happens to my chats if I leave?
Your WhatsApp number stays yours. Your contacts and chats stay readable through the Chirpoo API until you close the workspace.
Who can see my data?
Your team sees what their role allows. Our staff access only what is needed to run and support your workspace.
Should I host WhaLeads myself or use Chirpoo?
Self-hosting is free: one number per deployment on your own Cloudflare account, and you run it. Chirpoo adds more numbers in one workspace, the AI agent, Shopify messages, monitoring and support.
What does Meta charge per message in India?
In India, according to Meta's pricing page (checked 26 Oct 2026), a marketing message costs ₹0.8631 and a utility or authentication message costs ₹0.115. Replies to a customer who wrote first are free for the first 1,000 a month on each number, then ₹0.115. You pay Meta directly; Chirpoo never bills you for messages.
Does Chirpoo work for small Shopify stores?
Yes. On the Commerce plan at ₹1,499 a month, your store sends order confirmed, shipped, cart reminder, review request and COD confirmation messages with the product photo, and gets a WhatsApp chat button. Chirpoo submits the templates to Meta for you.
