These are pass-through usage charges, billed separately from your platform fee. WhatsApp conversation fees are charged by Meta and reflected on your invoice with our markup.
#Why do small businesses pick Chirpoo?
Three numbers decide it for a small team: the plan fee, the user cap and the unknown markup.
The fee. Chirpoo is ₹999 with everything in it. Gallabox Basic is ₹2,999 billed quarterly, and the Shopify add-on is $5 a month on top.
The user cap. Chirpoo includes five logins. Gallabox Basic stops at three users and the page says upgrade required beyond that. The step up is Essential at ₹6,999 a month, which includes six users. A five-person team therefore pays ₹999 at Chirpoo and ₹6,999 at Gallabox.
The markup. At Chirpoo the number on Meta's invoice is the number you pay. Gallabox says Meta's fees appear on its invoice "with our markup" and does not publish how much. You cannot budget for a figure you cannot see.

Gallabox's total has three parts: the plan fee, add-ons and Meta's fees with markup. Only the first two can be priced from the page. Take a team of five people on the Shopify store plan, excluding GST.

On the annual option Essential falls to ₹5,599 a month, which is still more than three times Chirpoo Commerce. The markup line cannot be turned into a number from the page, so ask for the rate in writing before you compare.
