#Why do small stores pick Chirpoo?
Because the price is on the page and the Shopify messages are in it. Chirpoo Commerce is ₹1,499 a month, excluding 18% GST. It includes order confirmed, shipped with tracking, cart reminders, review requests, COD confirmation with Yes and No buttons, and a store chat button.
QuickReply.ai splits its features across three plans. According to its plan cards, order alerts and cart abandonment come in Starter, collecting feedback and WhatsApp bots come in Standard, and two-way CRM sync and custom chatbot setups come in Plus. A store that wants all of that has to read the table and pick a tier, and the plan price itself is not shown.
Businesses are charged per template message sent
Chirpoo answers the same question with a flat statement. You pay Meta directly and Chirpoo adds nothing per message. Chirpoo's AI agent and flows cover the cases a small team really runs, and each has a test run and shadow mode before it talks to customers.
