#Why do small stores pick Chirpoo?
Because the bill is one number. A Chirpoo workspace costs ₹1,499 a month, with the Shopify messages, the AI agent, flows and broadcasts inside it. There is no per-conversation fee on top, and there is no premium tier for the flows you edit.
Zoko's page makes the point itself: it says "Every feature is in every plan," and then charges separately for premium flows, AI and extra agents.

Chirpoo works the same way on Meta's bill. You pay Meta, and Chirpoo adds nothing per message. The difference is everything around it: rupee invoices by link with no auto-debit, five logins in the base price and a free trial twice as long.
A store also gets a tool made for the work it actually runs. Chirpoo's flows start on a new message, a tag, an ad click or a Shopify order, and they have a test run and shadow mode before they talk to customers. #What does Zoko charge in total?
Two worked examples, using only the prices on Zoko's page. Meta's own charges are extra with either tool and are left out.
A store on Starter with 1,000 conversations a month (an assumed volume). Zoko: $49.99 plus 1,000 × $0.015 = $15, which is $64.99. If the store edits three pre-built flows, each becomes a $5.99 premium flow, which adds $17.97 and brings it to $82.96. Chirpoo Commerce: ₹1,499 a month, or ₹1,768.82 with 18% GST, with the flows included.
A team of seven on Plus. Zoko: $79.99, plus two agents past the first five at $15 each, which is $109.99. Chirpoo: ₹1,499 with five logins, plus two extra logins at ₹250 each, which is ₹1,999, excluding 18% GST.
The currencies differ, and this page does not convert them. Zoko says its charges are always in USD. Chirpoo bills in rupees, so there is no exchange-rate surprise on the invoice. Zoko's Max card says "Unlimited Agents" while its FAQ says 30 agents, and the page does not reconcile the two.

#How do you move from Zoko to Chirpoo?
- Start the Chirpoo trial. Sign in with an email code. It runs 14 days with every feature and no card.
- Ask Zoko for your contacts and tags. Zoko's pricing page does not describe an export.
- Bring contacts into Chirpoo. Contacts arrive from Shopify sync and inbound chats, or add them through the Chirpoo API; consent comes from Shopify's WhatsApp consent or the customer's own START.
- Connect your WhatsApp number. Ask Zoko how it releases a number you want to move. Its pricing page does not say.
- Recreate your flows and templates. Chirpoo can bring in approved templates from your previous provider, or draft new ones from a one-line description.
- Run in test mode, then switch over. Use Shopify test mode and shadow mode before customers see anything.

Does Chirpoo have an AI agent included?
Yes, it is in the plan and stays off until you switch it on. It answers in your tone, looks up products and orders, never sends offers and hands over to a human. Zoko's page lists its AI as add-ons at $24.99 a month plus $0.09 per resolution.
Can I take my data with me if I leave Chirpoo?
Your WhatsApp number stays yours. Contacts and chats stay readable through the API until you close the workspace, and a full export is available on request. Chirpoo's code, WhaLeads, is open source under Apache-2.0.
