#How do you move from Interakt to Chirpoo?
Check who owns your WhatsApp Business Account. If it is yours, the number, approved templates and quality rating stay with it. Contacts arrive from Shopify sync and inbound chats, or add them through the Chirpoo API; consent comes from Shopify's WhatsApp consent or the customer's own START. Chirpoo can bring in approved templates from your previous provider. Chat history, chatbot flows and campaigns do not travel, so rebuild the flows you rely on, using a test run before they go live.
